Roger Waters does something today (Friday) he hasn't done in 25 years -- release a new studio album.
Is This the Life We Really Want? is based on a poem he wrote in 2008 in which he thought about things getting better with President Obama in the White House.
It was produced by Nigel Godrich, whose resume includes albums by Radiohead and Paul McCartney.
This is Waters's first rock album since 1992's Amused to Death. His Us + Them tour, which is a week old, is in Denver on Saturday and Sunday.
