San Jose State assistant shows off "Hammer-time" moves.

San Jose State's Alonzo Carter, a former backup dancer for MC Hammer, breaks it down and proves you can't touch this.

Carter was a dancer and choreographer for MC Hammer in the late ’80s and early ’90s. He was in a dance club at Cal State, Hayward and started following Hammer around to his shows. When Hammer got a record deal, Carter and two other members of his dance club were chosen to be extras.

After leaving the group in 1992, Carter became a high school track and football coach in his hometown of Oakland.
