Joe Walsh, who has toured the past couple of years with Bob Seger and Bad Company, will hit the road tonight (Thursday) as the special guest of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers on their 40th anniversary tour.
The tour starts in Oklahoma City. Walsh will be on dates through June 16th in Newark, New Jersey.
He'll then switch gears for dates with the Eagles at Classic West in Los Angeles on July 15th and Classic East in New York on the 29th. He'll also play at Don Henley's 70th birthday concert in Dallas on July 22nd.
