CHRIS CORNELL: Updates & Tributes

As the rock world continues to process Chris Cornell's suicide, there are more updates to share related to his passing.

The Seattle Mariners honored Cornell Thursday night at Safeco Field with a moment of silence and a photo tribute prior to their game with the Chicago White Sox. They also played Cornell's solo music and Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog and Audioslave songs during the game.

Another chilling detail about Soundgarden's show in Detroit Wednesday night -- the Detroit Free Press reports that after Cornell kept talking about how great the audience was, he then said, "I feel bad for the next city." The paper also says that Cornell seemed agitated much of the night and out of sync with the band on many songs.

AXS-TV will rebroadcast the documentary Sound Off With Matt Pinfield: Chris Cornell Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET.
