Of the one million-plus dependents adversely affected by deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, over 87% do not qualify for federal scholarship assistance. We assist those by providing annual educational scholarships in $5000 increments. Our programs help support private education for elementary, middle and high school students as well as higher education opportunities for spouses and children.
