John Fogerty celebrates his new record deal with BMG with the release today (Friday) of the 20th anniversary edition of his 1997 album, Blue Moon Swamp, complete with new cover art and a blue vinyl edition.
Fogerty labored over the album for many years and during that process he would repeatedly tell his wife Julie that it was "only gonna come out one way."
In 1998, Blue Moon Swamp won a Grammy Award for Best Rock Album. Also set for re-release are Centerfield, Eye of the Zombie, Deju Vu (All Over Again) and Premonition, along with a new solo hits collection.
Fogerty is currently working on a new album, his fist since 2013’s Wrote a Song for Everyone. It should be out next year.
