Two women in England have transformed a double-decker bus into a homeless shelter.
Sammy Barcroft and Joanne Vines discovered the bus, which was headed for the scrap heap, and thought it would be a great way to keep homeless people warm before the cold weather hit.
So, they raised about $10,000 and rallied about 70 people to help with renovations. They were able to install 12 bunk beds, a living room area and a full kitchen.
Homeless advocates in their area say the bus will be able to help hundreds of thousands of people in the coming years, all because two women saw a bus, but imagined something so much more.
