Mike Campbell and Benmont Tench of The Heartbreakers will be in the house band at a tribute to Jerry Garcia.
Jubilee: A Celebration of Jerry Garcia is set for The Theatre at Ace Hotel in Los Angeles on March 30th and will raise money for The Grateful Dead's Rex Foundation, the Jerry Garcia Foundation and the Center for Biological Diversity. Campbell and Tench will help back up such artists as Amos Lee, Josh Ritter, David Hidalgo of Los Lobos and Hiss Golden Messenger.
