Not only did The Moody Blues to have to wait almost 30 years to be added to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the ceremony earlier this month in Cleveland put the band -- whose combined age is 369 years -- at the end of the program.

Bon Jovi, the youngest of the class of 2018, was inducted first, in a segment that ran over an hour. They were followed by The Cars, Dire Straits, Sister Rosetta Tharpe and Nina Simone before it was the Moodies' turn to go.
When the show airs on HBO on May 5th at 8pm ET it will have been condensed down to three hours.
