We need more of these tickets handed out - people who drive SLOW in the left lane need to MOVE OVER...Thank you Sgt Stephen Wheeles for enforcing this law! Too bad it was Indiana...if they handed out tickets for this violation in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida, it could be a full time job!
