The 50th anniversary deluxe version of The Band's first album, Music From Big Pink, will be released this Friday in multiple configurations.
The album, with the cover art by Bob Dylan, arguably gave rise to the Americana format and influenced the likes of Eric Clapton, George Harrison, Elton John and many others. For this release, it has been remixed and expanded with bonus tracks.
