In Shanghai, China, they’re building a giant indoor ski resort. Indoors. For real.
The resort, which they’re calling Wintastar Shanghai, will feature nearly one million square feet of fresh powder on three ski slopes, with one of those slopes being big enough for Olympic training. (Business Insider)
The development, called Wintastar Shanghai, is projected to span about one million square-feet, with three separate ski slopes. The site will also offer a range of other attractions. The three slopes will each present different levels of difficulty for skiers.
