The Eagles had the sixth highest grossing tour in the world this year, and the third highest in North America with a gross of $166-million from 964,245 tickets sold according to Pollstar, the concert industry publication.
This makes the Eagles the biggest touring classic rock act for the year ahead of Roger Waters (131.3-million) at number-eight on worldwide chart, U2 ($126.2-million) at nine and The Rolling Stones ($116.6-million) at 10.
On the North American chart, Journey and Def Leppard were seventh with $97.8-million, and Bruce Springsteen's Broadway residency is ninth with $98.3-million.
Ed Sheeran was the top touring act worldwide with a gross of $432.4-million, and Taylor Swift topped the North American list with $277.3-million.
