Steven Tyler, his Loving Mary Band and Mick Fleetwood did a benefit last night (Thursday) for Tyler’s Janie's Fund at Fleetwood's restaurant on Maui. Janie's Fund provides assistance to girls who have survived the trauma of abuse and neglect. 

The Bonnaroo lineup will be announced on Tuesday, with passes on sale next Thursday, January 10th.

Neil Young has posted his 1991 song "Such a Woman" on his website to mark the New Year's Day passing his ex-wife, Pegi, 66, from cancer. The lyrics include: "You are such a woman to me / And I love you / Our love will live / Until the end of all time ...You are such a woman to me."

Foreigner will release Live in Concert on February 15th. It includes a new version of "I Want to Know What Love Is" featuring a choir of children from Shriners Hospital.

The expansion project for the Motown Museum is now more than a third of the way to its $50 million goal. A recent $1.3 million foundation grant brought the total to $18.78 million.

Both weekends of Coachella will be streamed on YouTube this year. The first weekend will be shown in full, while the second will get a “curated live experience” of performances, artist interviews and behind-the-scenes looks.

Limited-run vinyl reissues are coming from Rhino. Among them are Alice Cooper's Greatest Hits on silver vinyl on Tuesday, ZZ Top's El Loco and Tejas on colored vinyl, and Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young's So Far on January 15th, Joni Mitchell's Blue, Warren Zevon's 1976 self-titled album and The Grateful Dead's Skeletons From the Closet on January 22nd, and The Ramones' Road to Ruin and mono versions of Buffalo Springfield and Buffalo Springfield Again on January 29th.

Actor Gary Oldman narrates the David Bowie Is app that will be released on Tuesday, which would have been Bowie's 72nd birthday. The app is based on the Bowie exhibition that toured museums for five years.
