David Lee Roth fans have finally heard a little bit of the solo album he made after Van Halen's last tour wrapped in 2013.
Guitarist John 5, who plays with Rob Zombie and has his own solo career, co-wrote the songs with Roth for California Sessions, and recorded all the guitar and bass parts. He played a 40-second snippet of one of the songs from his phone during an interview with Masters of Shred and said that he hopes Roth will consider releasing it.
