Roger Daltrey ended The Who's show at New York's Madison Square Garden Monday night by blasting the fans sitting in front of the stage for smoking pot.
He sternly thanked them for ruining his night, explaining that he is allergic to the smoke and how it almost shut his voice down. He then tossed in a few expletives for good measure.Pete Townshend, trying to defuse the situation, told Roger he thought his voice sounded great.
This is not the first time Daltrey has sounded off on smokers -- pot or otherwise. The same thing happened nearly four years to the day -- May 20th, 2015 -- when The Who performed at the nearby Nassau Coliseum on Long Island, New York.

Townshend also had a slight meltdown, although it was quite comical. With no teleprompters, he forgot the opening words to "I'm One" and had to stop the song. He then said that this was not a result of being a senior citizen, explaining that he always had difficulty remembering lyrics. He then asked Roger and his brother, guitarist Simon Townshend, what the words were. Having to ask twice, Daltrey muttered, "He's deafer than I am."
For the record, they are "Every year is the same /And I feel it again..."
The Who's Moving On!tour moves to Nashville on Thursday.
