DICKEY BETTS: Staten Island Blues

Dickey Betts has a new concert collection on the way.

Ramblin’ Man Live at the St. George Theatreas captured last July 21st in Staten Island, New York and will be out just under a year later, July 12th.

Available on CD, vinyl, DVD, Blu-ray and digital formats, the 90-minute performance contains 10 songs, including such Allman Brothers Band classics as “Blue Sky,” “Statesboro Blues,” “In Memory of Elizabeth Reed,” “Whipping Post,” “Ramblin’ Man,” “Jessica” and "Midnight Rider," featuring Gregg Allman's son, Devon Allman.

And, speaking of The Allman Brothers, they'll releasea limited-edition, two-disc color vinyl pressing of American University 12/13/70on June 14th. Among the seven songs are "Statesboro Blues," "Trouble No More," "Stormy Monday" and a 20-minute version of "Whipping Post."
