Blade Runner star Rutger Hauer has passed away. He was 75.
Hauer, who played the main villain in the 1982 cult classic, passed away on Friday at his home in the Netherlands after a short illness.
More recently, he'd starred in two big films in 2005: Sin City and Batman Begins. He also had a role in the vampire TV series True Blood.
Hauer is survived by his second wife of 50 years,Ineke ten Cate, and a daughter, actress Aysha Hauer, from his marriage to Heidi Merz. (Variety)
