Arguably the best "Rockin'" New Year's Eve show is not on ABC TV, but rather the one that has been taking place on Maui for the past 10 years.
Shep Gordon, the longtime manager of Alice Cooper, is once again staging his fundraiser for the Maui Food Bank and the island's Arts and Cultural Center at the Marriott Wailea Beach Resort.
This year's line-up features Cooper, and his band, Steven Tyler, Michael McDonald, Pat Simmons, Dave Mason, Weird Al Yankovic, Steve Cropper, Disturbed’s David Draiman, actress and singer Lynda Carter and many others.
Since its inception in 2008, proceeds from the show have provided over 1.5-million meals for the homeless. Last year's show raised $175,000.
