A Canadian man and his family are selling their house -- and are very upfront and honest about why.
Kane Blake and his family recently put a "for sale" sign in their front yard that reads, "Home for sale by owner. Because neighbor is an [a-hole]." Blake says he and his family love the neighborhood and have lived there for five years, but they've had to put up with constant harassment from their neighbor, who has been hell bent on trying to get them in trouble with cops over frivolous and ridiculous things.
Blake says the neighbor has been sending the police to his house for years and that his kids won't even walk to school because they're afraid of him. The other neighbors seem to have Blake's back and agree that they've been unfairly harassed for a long time. Despite the brutally honest "for sale" sign, Blake says he's already gotten some offers.
