Despite the lawsuit that kept former Lynyrd Skynyrd drummer Artimus Pyle from making a bio-pic about the band, he says his book, Street Survivor: Keeping the Beat in Lynyrd Skynyrd, will be out next month as planned.

Pyle and guitarist Gary Rossington, who is still in the band, survived the 1977 plane crash that killed three members of Skynyrd and several other people. Pyle left the band for the last time in 1991, although he did perform with the group at its Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction in 2006.

Asked if he would perform with them one last time on their farewell tour if invited, he said "yes."
