Styx guitarist James "JY" Young tells us the band's second Las Vegas residency with former Eagles guitarist Don Felder has been going great.
Styx opens the show with seven songs before Felder joins them for four Eagles songs -- "Take it Easy," "Seven Bridges Road," "Heartache Tonight" and "The Long Run." Styx then does four more songs, including Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody," before Felder returns for the encores of "Life in the Fast Lane" and "Hotel California."
Styx and Felder have three more shows at the Venetian -- tonight (Wednesday), Friday and Saturday. They'll team up again in March and April, along with REO Speedwagon, for more dates on their United We Rock tour.
