INTERSTATE MULLET TOSS & GULF COAST’S GREATEST BEACH PARTY- Fri/Sat/Sun 10am-until, Flora-Bama Lounge, Perdido Key

Those who participate in the Mullet Toss will throw a dead mullet over the state line of Florida and Alabama, to see who gets the farthest. Kids toss from 10am-12noon each day; adults 12 noon-4pm; celebrity tossers at 4pm. There’s also live music, Bikini and Hot Body contests. CLICK HERE

PENSACOLA CRAWFISH FESTIVAL- Fri 11am-11pm; Sat 10am-11pm; Sun 11am-5pm, Community Maritime Park, Pensacola

This year’s Festival features 15,000 pounds of crawfish, plus Cajun dishes like red beans and rice, boudin balls, seafood gumbo, étouffée, jambalaya, Cajun pasta and MORE will also be available. Enjoy live music, crawfish eating contests, children’s area, arts & crafts. MUD BOTTOM REVIVAL MUSIC FESTIVAL- Sun 3pm-7pm, Bender Point, 3619 Rivière Du Chien Rd

Musicial guests are the Red Clay Strays followed by our feature artist Will Kimbrough and Friends. Gates open at 2 pm with a special treat from Ryan Balthrop! Bring picnic blankets, baskets and chairs to enjoy an afternoon of live music. Proceeds benefit the environmental efforts of Dog River Clearwater Revival. CLICK HERE

DELTA WOODS & WATERS EXPO- Sat 9am-4pm, 5 Rivers Delta Resource Center

Free event. Featuring informative presentations, exhibitions and

interactive displays by experienced outdoorsmen, professionals,

educators and enthusiasts, the Expo includes fun and exciting hands-on demonstrations which allow attendees to learn and practice new skillsCLICK HERE

#MobileCountyCares EARTH DAY CELEBRATION- Sat 10am-3pm, Chickasabogue Park

The event features more than 40 exhibitors with giveaways, food trucks, plant vendors, a Kid Zone area with face painting, healthy cooking demonstrations, pet adoptions from the Mobile County Animal Shelter, a blood drive by LifeSouth, and even an Amazing Race competition.

FREE rabies vaccine vouchers will be given out while supplies last and 100 trees in 15-gallon containers will be among the giveaways. CLICK HERE

CREPE MYRTLE TRAIL RIDE- Sat 8am-11am, Arlington Park, Brookley, Mobile

The Crepe Myrtle Trail is an integral part of the Mobile Greenway Initiative, a multi-use waterfront trail stretching from the University of South Alabama and Langan Park, along Three Mile Creek south to Dog River and eventually, Dauphin IslandCLICK HERE

THUNDER ON THE BAY- Sat/Sun 9am-5pm, Fort Gaines, Dauphin Island

Come celebrate the upcoming 155th Battle of Mobile Bay, with the 6th Alabama Cavalry and the Alabama Division of Reenactors. Saturday at 2:00 pm will be the Battle of Mobile Bay then at 3:30 a surrender ceremony, on Sunday at 1:00pm will be a Tactical Battle. CLICK HERE

TACO TAKEDOWN- Sun 12 noon-3:30pm, Cathedral Square, downtown Mobile

This is Mobile’s first and only taco competition, with tacos from local favorites like Fuego Coastal Mexican Eatery, Roosters, Nourish Cafe, Von's Bistro, Rock-n-Roll Sushi, Taco Mama, La Cocina, and P.
