The Moody Blues' breakthrough album, Days of Future Passed, is 50 years old, and they'll celebrate its legacy with a tour in the spring and summer.
It looks like they'll play the album -- one of rock's first true concept albums -- in its entirety. Among its benchmark songs are "Nights in White Satin," "Forever Afternoon (Tuesday?)" and "Late Lament."
The first two dates announced are June 2nd at Fiddler's Green in Englewood, Colorado and June 27th at the Orpheum Theater in Minneapolis.
Justin Hayward, the band's singer and guitarist, is on the road with shows in Lexington, Kentucky tonight (Tuesday) and Charlotte, North Carolina on Thursday.
