PINK FLOYD: Oh Dave, Are You Listening?

Two of the three surviving members of Pink Floyd would be willing to come back together for one final show -- at England's Glastonbury festival.

Speaking to the Telegraph to promote the Floyd exhibit opening this spring at the Victoria and Albert museum in London, drummer Nick Mason said, "It would be nice to add it to the list of things. I’ve never played Glastonbury. It would be fun to do it,” but added that he did not "think it would be very likely.”

Roger Waters echoed Mason's feelings, adding, "I did Glastonbury once ... and it seemed very jolly and I liked it. Yeah, I would do it again.”

That leaves guitarist David Gilmour, who has consistently said no to reuniting. Both Waters and Mason said something about their former bandmate that is news. "The last I heard, David had retired," said Waters. And Mason said he heard the same thing before adding, "Then he seemed to un-retire."

Despite reuniting in 2005 for Live 8, Gilmour said in 2015 that he and Roger are still not the best of friends. “Roger and I don’t particularly get along. We still talk. It’s better than it has been. But it wouldn’t work. People change. Roger and I have outgrown each other, and it would be impossible for us to work together on any realistic basis.”

The last time all three shared he stage was at a 2011 Waters show in London.

The Pink Floyd exhibition, Their Mortal Remains, will run from May 13th through October 1st.
