Eddie Money, Foghat and The Marshall Tucker Band will team up with comedians Jeff Foxworthy and Larry the Cable Guy this summer.
The initial dates for Jeff and Larry’s Backyard BBQ Festival are in the Midwest in August and September, with more to be announced.
Foxworthy says, "Let's be honest. If we didn't have music and laughter, we’d all go crazy! We're trying to bring folks a double dose of both in one night. I can't wait to kick this off and keep my sanity in check! See you there!"
And Larry the Cable Guy adds, “If you don't like this tour, you need your American credentials taken away! This is gonna rock! I'm glad to be a part of such a fun event.”
Announced so far are:
- 8/25 - Clarkston, MI - DTE Energy Music Theatre
- 8/26 - Noblesville, IN - Klipsch Music Center
- 9/02 - Houston, TX - Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion
- 9/03 - Dallas, TX - TBA
- 9/15 - Charlotte, NC - PNC Music Pavilion
The Marshall Tucker Band is on the bill for all the announced dates. Eddie Money will perform in Dallas, and Foghat will play all dates except for Houston and Dallas.
