With The Allman Brothers Band no more and the talk of a possible reunion muted with the suicide of drummer Butch Trucks in January, all we have to look forward to are more releases from the archives.
Up next is The Fox Box, an eight-disc set captured over their three-night run at Atlanta's Fox Theater in 2004. Previously released as Instant Live recordings, this collection features a remastered audio mix and tightening up of the song spacing. And out of the 53 songs played over the three nights, only one was done more than once -- "Dreams."
This collection is available for download now with the physical box to follow on April 28th.
