Foreigner reaches the big 4-0 with a compilation packing 40 hits to mark the band's 40th anniversary.
Coming May 19th, 40 begins with best-loved songs from Foreigner's nine studio albums, including all 16 of their Top 30 hits. "Feels Like the First Time" put them on the map in 1977, followed by other radio favorites such as "Cold as Ice," "Waiting for a Girl Like You," "Double Vision" and "I Want to Know What Love Is." Additionally, "The Flame Still Burns," the title track from a 2016 vinyl EP, makes its debut on CD. There are also a pair of new tracks recorded especially for this set -- "Give My Life for Love" and a new version of "I Don't Want to Live Without You."
There will also be a 23-song, two-disc LP release for vinyl fans.
Featuring founding guitarist-songwriter Mick Jones and current lead singer Kelly Hanson, Foreigner will be on tour this summer with Cheap Trick and and Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience.
