The lineup for the upcoming FireAid shows, aimed at raising funds for victims of the Southern California wildfires, has been revealed. Taking place at the Intuit Dome and Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA, the concerts will support relief efforts for those affected by the devastating fires, which have been raging since January 7, and raise money for initiatives to prevent future disasters. Performers announced so far include Billie Eilish and Finneas, Earth, Wind & Fire, Gracie Abrams, Green Day, Gwen Stefani, Jelly Roll, Joni Mitchell, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Lil Baby, P!nk, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rod Stewart, Sting, Stephen Stills, Stevie Nicks, and Tate McRae, with Dave Matthews and John Mayer set to perform together for the first time. More names are expected to be added.
The concerts will take place on January 30, with tickets available for purchase through Ticketmaster starting January 22 at noon local time. The shows will be broadcast on a variety of platforms, including iHeartRadio, KTLA+, Netflix/Tudum, Paramount+, Prime Video, Amazon Music Channel on Twitch, YouTube, and select cinemas across the U.S. These performances are aimed at raising funds for both immediate disaster relief and long-term prevention efforts.
The wildfires, which have already claimed 27 lives and forced over 180,000 people to evacuate, have destroyed more than 12,300 structures. The estimated damage is currently between $250-275 billion. While firefighters have made progress in controlling nearly 40,000 acres of land, dangerous conditions are expected to return next week as the winds that stoked the fires subside. The FireAid concerts will provide crucial support as the region continues to recover from this catastrophic event.
