Pat Lynch got his start on an illegal pirate heavy metal station. Seriously. That was the beginning of a career on the air that dates back to 1988, and he’s since worked overnights, middays, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, plus stints as a music director and program director, across rock, active rock, and classic rock. His proudest career moment? Dropping to his knees and kissing Ozzy Osbourne’s feet. On the air, you’ll get music, sports, and odd news.

Pat grew up in South Florida. He’s a sports fan, a music junkie, and a home theater enthusiast, and he’s a big supporter of pet rescues. He and his wife Lynn have a daughter, Kristin, along with a Malinois mix named Otis and a cat named Nova. His favorites include Black Sabbath, Slayer, Alice in Chains, and Steely Dan, his first concert was UFO and Cheap Trick, and “Balls to the Wall” by Accept never gets skipped. Fun fact: he’s right-handed for writing but does everything else lefty. Comfort food is anything from Arby’s, because they have the meats. And Pat has one request: please teach your kids and the next generation about the importance and rich history of rock music.
